Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and books of accounts.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and payment follow-ups.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Maintain GST data and assist in GST filing & Ensuring proper calculation and deduction of GST and TDS.
• Support monthly and yearly closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal departments.
• Checking and verifying invoices with accuracy.
• Maintaining related documentation and approvals.
• Coordinating with vendors and branch offices.
• Maintaining records of transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
• Checking and reconciling ledgers to ensure accuracy in financial records.
