Job summary

Nirmaan Creations in Odisha is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our finance team. You will maintain day-to-day transactions in Tally Prime and manage debtor and creditor ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.

• Ability to produce monthly P&L reports and conduct financial analysis.

• Maintain accurate day-to-day financial transactions in Tally Prime.
• Manage and maintain Debtors and Creditors registers/ledgers.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Verify quotations and generate purchase orders.
• Handle billing, verify invoices, and process payments.
• Prepare payment vouchers and manage cheque deposits in the bank.
• Handle TDS deduction and deposit.
• Prepare GST statements and ensure timely filing of GST and TDS returns.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
• Conduct financial analysis and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Experience: 2–3 years in a similar accounting role.
• Software Proficiency: Tally Prime, MS Word, MS Excel.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and effective communication skills.
