Job summary

Winfra Buildtech in Gurugram invites an billing and accounts associate to manage day-to-day accounting using Tally Prime. You will prepare invoices, handle GST, reconcile banks and vendors, and maintain AP/AR while generating MIS reports in Excel.

The role requires a B.Com with 1-2 years of experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. You will process payments and maintain accurate financial records in a dynamic construction finance team.

Qualifications

• B.Com with 1-2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in Tally Prime, GST, Advanced Excel, reconciliations, invoicing, and accounting principles.
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime.
• Prepare tax invoices and handle GST.
• Perform bank and vendor reconciliations.
• Maintain AP/AR and generate MIS reports in Excel.
• Process payments and maintain financial records.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial documentation.
