Job summary

Eclat Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, AP/AR, invoicing, payroll coordination and Zoho-based processes.

You will work with the vCFO team and leadership to close books, improve workflows, and drive automation. The role aims to develop you into a FinOps Manager within 12–18 months based on performance. • 2–4 years of relevant finance & accounting experience.

About The Role

As a Finance & Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for accurate and timely execution of Eclat's day-to-day finance operations across accounting, AP, AR, invoicing, reconciliations, payroll coordination, documentation and Zoho based finance processes.
You will progressively take ownership of finance processes, month-end close, controls, MIS support, cash/working-capital visibility and process automation, working closely with the finance/vCFO team and Eclat leadership.
The role is designed to develop you into a FinOps Manager within 12–18 months, based on demonstrated capability and performance.

What Will You Own

As a Finance & Accounts Executive, you will own the hands-on execution of full-cycle accounting in Zoho Books - managing AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations and audit-readiness.
Progressively, you will expand your scope to drive month-end closes, workflow automation, SOP implementation.

How Will You Spend Your Time at Eclat

Core Accounting & Finance Operations

• Ledger & Reconciliations: Maintain accurate, audit-ready records in Zoho Books, managing schedules for accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets. Perform regular bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
  
• AP/AR Operations: Execute end-to-end processing. Prepare customer invoices, manage AR ageing, and coordinate collections. On the AP side, validate vendor invoices, match POs, and process employee expense claims.
  
• Payroll Coordination: Validate monthly payroll inputs, coordinate with HR for Zoho Payroll processing, and reconcile payroll with accounting records.
  
• Month-End Close: Progressively take ownership of the operational close checklist.
  

Revenue, Cash & Reporting

• SaaS & Revenue Integrity: Ensure underlying transaction data accurately supports CRM-to-billing reconciliations, deferred-revenue schedules and critical SaaS metrics like ARR/MRR, collections, revenue realization etc.
  
• Cash & Export Operations: Monitor bank balances, provide cash-position visibility and support FIRC/e-BRC tracking for export-revenue reconciliation.
  
• MIS Support: Provide reliable, timely data to support the preparation of monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and working-capital reports.
  

Systems, Controls & Compliance

• ZohoOne ERP: Act as a strong operational user of Zoho Books, building strong working knowledge of data flows between CRM, Books, Payroll, Expense, People and Analytics.
  
• Governance: Enforce Eclat's maker-checker framework and implementation of approved SOPs without bypassing financial controls.
  
• Audit Readiness: Maintain accurate data and documentation and challans to support GST/TDS filings, statutory audits, and compliance reviews.
  

AI, Automation & Process Excellence

• Identify repetitive/manual finance processes suitable for automation.
  
• Use AI tools to improve finance analysis, documentation and productivity.
  
• Support workflow automation and system integrations.
  
• Improve accuracy, turnaround time and reduce manual intervention.
