Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and evaluate a dedicated team of accounts executives, fostering professional growth and ensuring daily operational accuracy.
• Own and optimise the complete end-to-end accounting pipeline within Zoho Books, maintaining structural data integrity and cloud-based workflow.
• Prepare, analyse, and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and operational budgets to executive leadership.
• Supervise corporate tax planning, timely filings (including statutory audits, GST, TDS, and corporate returns), and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Act as primary contact for external auditors, preparing schedules, reconciling books, and resolving audit queries smoothly.
• Design, implement, and monitor robust internal accounting policies, continuous risk assessments and SOPs to safeguard company assets.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor contracts, and banking relationships to optimise cash runway and liquidity.

• Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and evaluate a dedicated team of accounts executives, fostering

• Financial Ecosystem Management: Own and optimise the complete end-to-end accounting pipeline

Qualification

• Zoho Books Expertise: Advanced hands-on experience with Zoho Books, with a minimum of 4–5 years in multi-entity or scaled enterprise environments.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and developing accounting/finance teams.
• Education & Certifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, commerce, or a related field. CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modelling, advanced spreadsheets, data analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present insights to senior stakeholders.
