Job summary

M K Groups in Odisha seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage books, billing, reconciliations and statutory support in a strict control environment.

Based in Odisha, you will enter vouchers in Tally Prime, prepare receivables and payables, perform reconciliations, and support GST/TDS compliance with documented evidence.

You will adhere to the Monday payment rule, ensure maker-checker principles, and drive timely collection and payable processes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in accounts, billing and statutory support.
• Experience maintaining accurate books with evidence and strict payment controls.
• Proficiency with Tally Prime, GST and TDS workflows.
• Strong Excel skills including lookups and pivots; knowledge of ledgers and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations; identify differences.

• Follow Monday payment rule and maker-checker approval; never self-approve payment.
