Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and financial summaries.
• Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory compliances and filings.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and fund utilization.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support statutory and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation, accounting schedules, and supporting records.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders on finance-related matters.
• Support management with financial analysis, cost control, and business decision-making.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:
