Job summary

eSoftLabs in India is seeking a Finacle Support Engineer (L2/L3) for a contract to hire position. The role is hybrid and based in Bhubaneswar/Kolkata.

The candidate will provide L2/L3 support across Finacle versions, with emphasis on Finacle 10.x, including implementation, configuration and ongoing production support for banking clients with 100+ branches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finacle versions as L2 support.
• At least 2 years of experience as L2 or L3 support in Finacle 10.x.
• Experience in implementation, configuration and support in Finacle 10.x.
• Experience in Finacle L2 support for banks with 100+ branches in India.

Responsibilities

• Provide Finacle L2/L3 support across versions and modules.
• Participate in implementation, configuration and production support.
• Liaise with banks for issue resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure adherence to banking operational processes (EOD/BOD).

Job Description :

1. Should have minimum experience of 5 years in any Finacle version as L2 support. Out of which, minimum of 2 years of experience as L2 or L3 support in Finacle 10.x.
2. Should have adequate experience and expertise in implementation, configuration and support in Finacle version 10.x.
3. Should have experience in similar Projects as Finacle Application L2 support in any Bank in India having more than 100 branches.
4. Should have knowledge on Banking Operation, Delivery channels, EOD / BOD etc.
