Job summary

Experis is seeking a Finacle L1 Support Engineer in Navi Mumbai to provide first-level support for the Finacle Core Banking application. You will monitor the system, resolve user issues, handle incidents, and escalate to L2 teams when needed.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and knowledge of Core Banking operations, ITIL, and basic SQL. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Finacle Core Banking and Finacle 10.x.
• Experience in incident/ticket management using ServiceNow/Remedy/JIRA.
• Knowledge of EOD/BOD operations and branch banking processes.
• Banking domain experience: CASA, deposits, loans.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 production/application support for Finacle Core Banking Solution (CBS).
• Handle incidents, service requests, and user queries through ticketing tools.
• Monitor Finacle application health, services, and interfaces.
• Support Branch Operations, CASA, Deposits, Loans, Clearing, and Payments modules.
• Perform Day-End (EOD) and Beginning-of-Day (BOD) activities.
• Troubleshoot login issues, transaction failures, and application errors.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams and track them until closure.
• Maintain SLA compliance and update ticket status regularly.
• Generate logs and reports required for troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and network teams during incidents.
