- Support on-ground logistics during shoots — managing team movement, basic coordination
- Assist in data collection and handover of memory cards to backup assistants after shoots
2. Post-Production Workflow Assistance
- Help maintain project tracking sheets (what's edited, what’s pending)
- Support the editor team by organizing footage folders on Drive / WorkDrive
- Assist in uploading preview links to Frame.io or Google Drive
- Sit in on review calls to understand how revisions and delivery cycles work.
- Help research and build a vendor database for cinematographers, editors, freelancers, or suppliers
- Reach out to freelance editors or DPs for availability (under supervision)
- Maintain sheets for vendor rates, locations, gear rentals, and creative freelancers
- Suggest new music libraries, LUTs, or software tools through online research
4. Internal Team Support
- Update task boards on Notion or ClickUp after each stage of the shoot/edit
- Take meeting notes during internal creative or operations discussions
- Assist with organizing sample work for reels, pitch decks, or presentation folders.
- Support with drive cleanup and project archiving after delivery is complete
Requirements

- Willing to be hands‑on and available for field shoots, even on weekends
- Strong willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team
Qualifications Preferred
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media, Mass Communication, or related field
- No prior experience required, but any student projects or personal film work is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and take initiative during busy shoot/edit weeks
