• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality videos for reels, podcasts, interviews, founder branding, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in operating cameras and understanding camera settings (ISO, Aperture, Shutter Speed, Frame Rates).
• Set up and manage lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots.
• Handle basic audio equipment, including wireless mics and recorders.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging videos for social media and digital platforms.
• Add transitions, text overlays, background music, and basic motion graphics.
• Perform basic color correction, audio enhancement, and video optimization.
• Suggest creative ideas, shot compositions, and content formats.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage and maintain camera, lighting, and production equipment.

The selected candidate will be involved in both video production and post‑production activities, creating content for social media, founder branding, podcasts, interviews, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.
