Job summary

Statiq based in Gurugram is seeking a Servicing Engineer to be the frontline representative, handling customer service and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure. The role involves extensive travel within the region and coordinating service associates to ensure high-quality support.

You will troubleshoot technical issues, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to smooth operation of charging stations across sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 3–5 years’ experience in customer service support for EV chargers/telecom (SMPS/UP).

Responsibilities

• Develop good interpersonal relationships with customers and team members.
• Travel extensively within designated circle/region.
• Troubleshoot faults on EV chargers and implement feasible solutions.
• Manage service associates and maintain reports.

About the Role

:As a Servicing Engineer based in Gurgram, you will be the frontline representative for Statiq, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your role will involve extensive travel within your designated region, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, managing service associates, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our EV charging infrastructure
