Job summary

Perleybrook Labs LLC is seeking a Junior Field Service Engineer with 0-1 year of experience to support installation, troubleshooting, and customer assistance for Flagman devices across India.

You will perform electrical wiring, PLC connections, and basic PLC/SCADA tasks, while traveling to customer sites and providing training and technical support. Strong communication and willingness to travel are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, Instrumentation, or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in Field Service, Technical Support, Industrial Automation, Electrical, or Electronics.
• Good knowledge of electrical wiring and basic PLC connections.
• Basic knowledge of PLC and SCADA.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux.
• Understanding of APIs or software integration is an added advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across India and, when required, internationally.
