Veolia | Water Tech is seeking a Site In-Charge in Duddhi Nagla, India, to manage the smooth operations of wastewater treatment plants. The role involves overseeing O&M teams, ensuring compliance and operational excellence, and interacting with various stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering along with 7-10 years of relevant experience in complex water treatment plants. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this position, as well as hands-on experience with Veolia technologies.

The overall site in‑charge will manage, guide and provide engineering and administrative expertise to ensure smooth operations of plants having integrated technologies relevant to the site (e.g. Biological, MBR, PUF, RO, Ion exchange, ZLD etc.) by meeting set KPIs in accordance with the agreement with customers. The role requires regular interactions with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuous availability of all plant equipment at all times. The in‑charge will lead the O&M team and ensure compliance in all respects.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mesical/Electrical) with relevant experience.
