Job summary

Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd is seeking a Field/Onsite Service Engineer to join the South regional service team. You will install and service electrical and pneumatic tools, maintain advanced drilling units, and support customers across the region.

• Graduate or Diploma holders in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics with 1–2 years of customer handling experience in service.
• Literacy on MS Office, Excel
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region and PAN India if required

Responsibilities

• Install Electric & Pneumatic tools (Nutrunners) and controllers at customer sites; involves software and electronics work.
• Install and maintain advanced drilling units at aerospace customers.
• Handle routine annual maintenance contracts with contracted customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance including electro-mechanical work.
• Calibrate tools (Nutrunners).
• Conduct health-checks for Desoutter products at customer sites.
• Attend breakdown calls and provide solutions.
• Keep tools data up to date for assigned customers on operations portals (SPIRIT, TMSS, TMC).
• Provide training and support to customers on Desoutter products.
• Install at MTB site and complete scheduled preventive maintenance within set timelines.

Your role

As a Field/Onsite Service Engineer, you will report to Team Leader-Service Operations and your mission is to provide the services to the customers.

Your day-to-day

• Installation of Electric & Pneumatic tools (Nutrunner) & controllers at customer sites which calls for software & electronic work
• Installation and maintenance of Advance drilling units ADU & EDU at aerospace customers
• Handling routine Annual Maintenance contract with contracted customers
• Preventive maintenance services which include electro-mechanical work
• Performing calibration of the tools (Nutrunner)
• Performing Health check-up activity for the Desutter's products at customer end
• Attending breakdown calls at customer end & provide solutions
• Keep the tools data up to date for assigned customers on operations portal i.e. SPIRIT, TMSS, TMC page etc...
• Provide training and support to customers on Desoutter products

You will

• You will be working as part of a South regional service team, providing high quality of service support to our customers located in our territory/region
• Installation activities at MTB site, Completing scheduled Planned Preventive Maintenance in a specified time at contracted customers within assigned customer.
