Professional Magnification Illumination Surgical Systems in Thane is seeking a Field Sales Manager / Product Consultant to engage with specialist surgeons, demonstrate devices, and drive regional sales.

The role requires 4 years' experience, willingness to travel, and strong negotiation and follow-up skills. Office-based with incentives and travel.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 4 years of field sales experience.
• Experience meeting specialty surgeons in clinics/hospitals.
• Willingness to travel to district areas.
• Excellent negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Email).
• Must be able to work from office.

Responsibilities

• Meet specialty surgeons in clinics/hospitals/colleges.
• Demonstrate products to individuals or groups of surgeons.
• Maintain database of surgeons and support demo units sales.
• Report to Chief Product Specialist & Sales Coordinator; initial joint work then independent.
• Travel within assigned districts.
• Handle customer follow-ups, negotiations, and group orders.
• Participate in local/regional/national/international conferences.
• Use computer tools for communication and reporting.

1. MEETING SPECIALITY SURGEONS ( dental / medical ) PRIOR APPOINTMENT IN CLINIC /HOSPITAL /COLLEGE /
2. DEMO OF PRODUCTS TO INDIVIDUAL SURGEON OR GROUP OF SURGEONS
3. TAIN DATA BASE OF SURGEONS FOR FOLLOW UPS & TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF DEMO UNITS SALES UNITS DURING PERFORMING DUTIES.
4. REPORTING TO CHIEF PRODUCT SPECIALIST & SALES COORDINATOR FOR SALES PROCESS ( INITIAL WORKING WILL JOINT /INDEPENDENT ) AFTER 1 MONTH INDEPENDENT WORKING.
5. TRAVEL INVOLVED IN DISTRICT ASSIGNED ( MAY BE NEIGHBOURING DISTRICTS )
6. SALES CLOSING PROCESS NEED TO UNDERSTAND within 10days,
7. CUSTOMER FOLLOW UP , NEGOTIATIONS , GROUP ORDER BOOKING SKILL NEED TO BE DEVELOPED.
8. PARTICIPATION IN LOCAL , REGIONAL, NATIONAL , INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE HELD IN INDIA , COLLEGES AS CMEs , CDEs local medical or dental association
9. CUSTOMER FOLLOW UP , NEGOTIATIONS , GROUP ORDER BOOKING SKILL NEED TO BE DEVELOPED.
10. COMPUTER SKILL, XL, WORD, EMAIL.
11. Duties time to time updated by co / seniors & follow all Organization Matrices to do & achieve.
