ITM Skills Academy invites a result-driven recruitment executive/manager to drive student admissions in Rohtak, Faridabad, and Gurugram. You will lead field-based outreach, participate in job fairs, and convert leads into enrollments for banking career programs.

Expect a target-driven environment with travel to events, calls, and MIS upkeep. Freshers welcome for Executive role; 2+ years for Manager, with strong communication and convincing skills.

Competenze

• Freshers / 1 to 2 yrs (Executive) | 2+ yrs (Manager).
• Sales/BD experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable with field work & travel.
