Job summary

Rentokil PCI is seeking a frontline sales professional to identify and secure pest control opportunities, grow business with existing and new customers, and ensure client retention. You will manage proposals, service agreements and day-to-day sales activities, while supporting the service team with feedback and debt collection where needed.

Ideal candidates are graduates or MBAs with strong sales knowledge, excellent communication and networking skills, and the ability to negotiate and build

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and secure pest control business opportunities.
• Develop new business within current and new customer bases per sales strategy.
• Maintain client retention by meeting ongoing expectations.
• Manage daily sales activities including proposals and service agreements.
• Support service team with customer feedback.
• Foster good client relationships and provide reports as required.
• Assist with debt collection when needed.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• To identify, source and secure both long term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities.
• To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy.
• To look after client retention by ensuring customers’ ongoing expectations is met.
• To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development.
• To support the service team by providing customer feedback.
• To develop good client relationships.
• To provide reports as per the requirement.
• To assist with debt collection
