Therdglobalventures is seeking a Field Sales Executive to manage on-site installations and negotiations for digital wall media across Lucknow, Jaipur, and Pune. The role requires scouting locations, coordinating installation crews, and ensuring quality checks.

Candidates should have 1-3 years of field sales experience and proficiency in Hindi with a valid two-wheeler license. The position includes travel allowances and performance incentives, with growth potential to a Regional Coordinator role within 18-24 months.

Responsibilities

• Quality check every installed wall against brand standards.
• Upload daily progress reports to the operations dashboard.

About the role

Join the field force that physically delivers India's most reliable digital wall media. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the front line — scouting wall locations, negotiating with landlords, securing permissions, and supervising the installation crew on site. This is the role that makes the GPS-tagged execution proof actually happen. We are hiring across Lucknow, Jaipur, and Pune.

What you'll do

• Survey 15-20 wall sites per week and capture GPS-tagged photos
• Negotiate landlord rentals and obtain signed permissions
• Coordinate installation crew schedules and material logistics
• QC every installed wall against the brand brief (colour, alignment, height)
• Upload daily progress reports to the operations dashboard

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years in field sales, OOH, or last-mile logistics
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
• Smartphone proficiency (WhatsApp Business, Google Maps, photo upload)
• Spoken Hindi + the regional dialect of your posting city
• Willingness to spend 5-6 days a week on the road
