Job summary

Highgrowth Tradecom Pvt Ltd in Delhi NCR seeks a Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive industrial sales of footwear raw materials by visiting manufacturers and traders across Delhi NCR.

You will meet decision makers, present products, coordinate samples and quotes, and build long-term relationships with customers. A vehicle and smartphone are required, with travel across Delhi NCR.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily market visits to footwear manufacturers and traders across Delhi NCR.
2. Generate new business opportunities and convert inquiries into sales.
3. Meet purchase managers, factory owners, production heads and decision makers.

6. Coordinate samples, quotations and order execution with internal team.

Role Objective

The candidate will be responsible for business development and field sales for footwear raw materials by visiting footwear manufacturers, factory purchase manager, and traders across Delhi NCR and nearby footwear clusters.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably from industrial sales / B2B / footwear / chemicals / raw material / manufacturing- related background
• Comfortable with factory visits and market travel
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Must own vehicle & smart Phone

Preferred CandidateCandidates having experience in industrial products, footwear ecosystem, adhesives, polymers, packaging, raw materials, chemicals or manufacturing sales will be preferred.
