Human Archive Technologies is hiring Field Sales Associates to work on the ground across Pan India. You will own an assigned zone, visit businesses daily, explain the program, sign up owners, and lock in deployment dates for our field team. This is not a desk role; you will be meeting business owners and their teams in person.

You will work with the Field Operations team, report progress daily, and aim to meet visit and closure targets. Immediate joining and a 6-day work week are expected.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years in field sales, merchant onboarding, or ground partnerships.
• Fluent in Hindi and English.
• Valid driving licence for two-wheelers.
• Good local knowledge of the city/region.
• Honest, disciplined, logs real activities, & keeps promises.
• Available to join immediately and work 6 days a week.

About Human Archive

Human Archive is a robotics data lab founded by Stanford and UC Berkeley dropouts and backed by Y Combinator. We work alongside frontier robotics labs and foundation model research groups to collect large-scale, real-world, annotated multimodal datasets of humans performing everyday tasks across household and industrial environments.

We are lean, technical, and operate at extreme speed, taking on unglamorous and conventionally impossible problems that directly unlock step-function gains in model capability.

The deployment of capable humanoids at scale will permanently redefine human labor. Undesirable physical work will disappear, and human effort will shift toward a new era of abundant creativity. This shift is inevitable, and we are building the infrastructure to accelerate it.

About the Role

Our data comes from real workplaces: farms, shops, garages, repair workshops, print and craft units, salons. Workers wear a small camera while they do their normal work, and the business is paid for the hours recorded. Every one of those sites starts with someone walking in, speaking to the owner, and getting a yes.

We are hiring Field Sales Associates to be that person Pan India. You will own an assigned zone, visit businesses every day, explain the program in simple terms, sign up owners, and lock in deployment dates for our field team. You will work closely with the Field Operations team and report on your progress every day.

This is not a desk role. You will spend your day on the ground, meeting business owners and their teams.

What Youll Do

• Visit small and mid-sized businesses in your assigned zone every day across various categories.
• Pitch to owners and managers, answer their questions, and handle the objections.
• Sign up businesses and confirm the number of workers and the deployment date for each site.
• Follow up with interested owners until the site is closed, and keep them informed until our deployment team arrives.
• Plan your daily route to cover your area and business categories efficiently.
• Hit the visit and closure targets assigned to you each day and each month.
• Share what you hear in the field (common objections, which business types say yes, which areas work) so we can improve the pitch and the plan.

What Were Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, or ground partnerships.
• Comfortable doing on-ground field sales all day, every day, and hitting the target quotas assigned to you.
• Fluent in Hindi and English.
• Valid driving licence for 2 wheelers (Owning 2 wheeler helps).
• Good local knowledge of the city or region you are applying for.
• Honest and disciplined: you log what really happened, show up on time, and follow through on what you promise owners.
• Available to join immediately and work 6 days a week.

Compensation

• 5-5.5 LPA fixed.
• Monthly performance incentives on top of fixed pay.
• Travel allowance.

Interview Process

We review applications on a rolling basis and move quickly.

• 2 to 3 interview rounds.
• 1-2 weeks of paid work trial in the field.
• Offer after a successful work trial.
