Awaken India in Ranchi, Jharkhand is seeking Field Operations Executives to onboard food businesses onto the ONDC platform through field visits. You will engage restaurants, cafes, and other local outlets, explain onboarding benefits, collect documents, and coordinate merchant registrations.

Role involves daily target-based activities, extensive travel, and reporting to the Team Leader. Minimum 12th pass with 0–6 months field sales experience is required; good communication in English and local

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• 0–6 months experience in Field Sales / Merchant Acquisition / Field Operations.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic English with proficiency in local language; comfortable with extensive field travel.

Responsibilities

• Visit restaurants, food outlets, and local businesses in assigned areas.
• Identify merchants already associated with platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.
• Explain platform onboarding benefits and process to merchants.
• Coordinate merchant registration and onboarding process.
• Collect required business details and documents.
• Ensure daily field activity reporting to the Team Leader and achieve onboarding targets.
