Job summary

Awaken India in Dhanbad is seeking Field Executives to onboard merchants onto government e-commerce platforms. You will visit restaurants and local food outlets, verify eligibility, collect documents, and guide merchants through the onboarding process.

This role involves daily field visits, meeting targets, and reporting to the Team Leader. Prior experience in field sales is preferred; 0-6 months acceptable. Local language proficiency and basic English are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Minimum 0-6 months experience in Field Sales / Merchant Acquisition / Field Operations.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic English understanding with proficiency in local language.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel and target-based work.

Responsibilities

• Visit restaurants, food outlets, and local businesses in assigned areas.
• Identify merchants already associated with platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.
• Explain platform onboarding benefits and process to merchants.
• Coordinate merchant registration and onboarding process.
• Collect required business details and documents.
• Ensure daily field activity reporting to the Team Leader.
• Achieve assigned onboarding targets within timelines.
• Maintain professional communication with merchants and internal teams.
