Job summary

Awaken India in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, is hiring Field Executives for a Government E‑Commerce Merchant Onboarding project. You will visit local food businesses, onboard eligible merchants onto the ONDC platform, and manage merchant interactions and registrations.

The role requires 0–1 year in field sales or related work, basic English, strong local language skills, and willingness to travel. Working days are Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, with incentives and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• 0-6 months experience in Field Sales / Merchant Acquisition / Field Operations.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic English understood with proficiency in the local language.
• Willingness for extensive field travel and target-based work.

Responsibilities

• Visit restaurants, food outlets and local businesses in assigned areas.
• Identify merchants already on platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.
• Explain onboarding benefits and process to merchants.
• Coordinate merchant registration and onboarding process.
• Collect required business details and documents.
• Ensure daily field activity reporting to the Team Leader.
