Job summary

Xylem Learning in Thrissur is seeking an energetic sales professional to grow student enrollments by visiting schools, colleges, and local communities, explaining our courses, and converting interest into admissions.

You will meet principals and parents, run roadshows, track leads, and collaborate with the team to meet monthly targets. Freshers welcome; Malayalam and English fluency required; local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: Any Bachelor's or Master's degree; BBA/MBA or related fields preferred.
• Experience: 0–4 years in sales, field marketing or business development; freshers welcome.
• Languages: Fluency in Malayalam and English.
• Travel: Willing to travel locally within Thrissur and nearby areas.
• Skills: Confident, clear speaker, self-motivated, and target-driven.

What will you do:

• Visit Schools & Colleges: Connect with school principals and college heads in Thrissur to set up career guidance workshops, seminars, and tie-ups.
• Talk to Students & Parents: Explain our courses, answer their questions, and guide them on how our programs can help their careers.
• Generate Leads & Close Admissions: Collect contact details of interested students, follow up with them, and make sure they enroll.
• Run Events & Campaigns: Set up info desks, roadshows, and career seminars at popular spots, and manage promotional materials like banners and flyers.
• Track Your Work: Keep simple daily records of who you met, how many leads you collected, and pass market updates to the team.

What are we looking for:

• Education: Any Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA, MBA, or related fields preferred).
• Experience: 0 to 4 years in sales, field marketing, or business development. (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply; experience in education is a plus).
• Languages: Must speak Malayalam and English fluently.
• Travel: Comfortable travelling locally within Thrissur and nearby areas for daily field visits.
