Job summary

Trust Community Livelihoods seeks a Field Coordinator – Agriculture to work with farming communities in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. You will implement livelihood activities, train farmers and women groups, and promote sustainable agriculture and government schemes.

The role requires 1–3 years’ experience, a degree in agriculture/ RD/ social work, strong communication, and willingness to travel to rural areas. Proficiency in MS Office and data collection is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture, Rural Development, Social Work.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in agriculture or rural livelihoods.
• Knowledge of government schemes for farmers and farmer institutions.
• Willingness to travel and work in rural areas.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor agriculture & livelihood activities at village level.
• Mobilize, train and mentor CRPs and women farmer groups.
• Promote sustainable agriculture and high-value crops.
• Facilitate farmer awareness and access to government schemes.
• Strengthen Producer Groups, SHGs & Mahila Kisan Sangathans.
• Coordinate with Panchayats, government departments & stakeholders.
• Maintain field records, verify data and submit reports.
• Monitor project targets and outcomes.
