Job summary

Dognosis Bengaluru field role invites you to join a human-centered team delivering a non-invasive breath-based cancer screening service. You will visit homes, guide simple sample collection, and ensure safe transport to the lab.

This is not a sales or medical role, but a warm, patient-focused position with early starts and field days. Expect to work across Bengaluru, using a smartphone for day-to-day tasks, and to stay punctual, well-presented, and empathetic with families.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer-facing role (field sales, insurance, hospitality, or home services).
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada.
• A two-wheeler, a valid driving licence and good knowledge of Bengaluru.
• Comfort with early starts and a full day on the move.
• Confidence using smartphone apps for day-to-day work.
• Ability to pass a home-visit role-play that includes a hesitant customer and a family with questions.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily schedule of home visits, keeping customers informed and at ease from arrival to sign-off.
• Guide customers through sample collection and, where needed, set them up to collect samples on their own.
• Handle, record, and transport samples with care, following our quality and safety procedures.
• Manage collection kits and supplies, and keep the hub team updated on anything that needs attention.
• Handle reschedules, questions, and the occasional difficult moment with grace, and loop in the right team when something is outside your remit.
• Share what you see in the field so we can keep improving the customer experience.
• Assist in basic assembly of collection kit and storage.
• Support other logistical requirements as the need arises.

Dognosis digitizes canine cognition to detect 30+ human cancers from a single breath sample, with accuracy exceeding standard-of-care diagnostics and at a cost low enough to scale across entire populations.

Job Description

Bengaluru (Field-based) | Competitive, based on experience + Allowances

Our cancer screening test launches in early 2027, and for many families, the first person from Dognosis they meet will be at their own front door. We're looking for Field Care Specialists to make that moment calm, reassuring and well-handled.

You'll spend your day on the move across Bengaluru: visiting customers at home, guiding them through a simple, non-invasive breath collection, and making sure every sample gets back to our lab safely.

This is not a sales role, and it is not a medical role. You won't be selling, and you won't be diagnosing or advising on health.

We expect you to be punctual, well-presented and warm, and to follow every step of the procedure every time, even when the visit gets chaotic.

We work with people getting a cancer screening test for themselves or someone they love, so empathy and kindness aren't mere buzzwords for us.
