Dognosis is seeking a Care Coordinator in Bengaluru (On-site) to be the test taker's main point of contact from booking through follow-up. You will guide families through the test journey, manage care plans, and coordinate with the medical team as needed to ensure a compassionate, precise, and empathetic experience.
Responsibilities include handling healthcare queries, de-escalating difficult moments, and ensuring continuity of care from start to finish.
Dognosis digitizes canine cognition to detect 30+ human cancers from a single breath sample, with accuracy exceeding standard-of-care diagnostics and at a cost low enough to scale across entire populations.
We're backed by top-tier VCs across India, the US, Israel, and Europe (including Accel India) and have published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology (#1 journal in oncology). We collaborate with UCL, Narayana Health, and Medical Detection Dogs, and have been covered by Scientific American, New Scientist, and Deccan Herald.
Bengaluru (On-site) | Competitive, based on experience + ESOPs
As we head into our launch in early 2027, we're hiring a Care Coordinator to be the test taker's main point of contact throughout their process, from booking to follow through.
You will guide families through the test journey, hold follow-up conversations, and where necessary, bring in the medical team when an interaction requires a clinician.
This is not a diagnosing or prescribing role.
You will be the first line of interaction with our customers and set the tone for the high standard of care and service they can expect. You will be expected to be precise, caring, articulate, and de-escalate hard moments with genuine empathy.
We work with people getting a cancer screening test for themselves or someone they love, so empathy and kindness aren't mere buzzwords for us.
