Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical supervision and training across multiple project sites.
• Conduct regular site visits for monitoring and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards in applications.
• Provide technical training to new and existing applicators and labor teams on application procedures, product usage, tools handling, and safety practices.
• Ensure strict quality control of application work, aligning with manufacturer specifications and company guidelines.
• Supervise and support coating application teams to ensure proper surface preparation, material mixing, and application techniques.
• Carry out adhesion tests and other on-site quality tests; prepare and submit test reports promptly.
• Work closely with contractors, project engineers, consultants, and the internal technical team to resolve on-site technical issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to relay field observations, application feedback, and suggestions for product or process improvement.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, test results, issues encountered, and client/contractor feedback.
• Assist the sales and project team by providing technical support during pre- and post-application project phases.
• Work independently and manage multiple project sites simultaneously with minimal supervision.

The Role

The Field Application Engineer will be responsible for technical supervision and quality assurance across multiple project sites in South India. This role involves training applicators, conducting site inspections, resolving on-site application issues, and ensuring the proper execution of our systems in compliance with technical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Be based in Hyderabad and travel extensively across South Indian states as per project requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits across South India to inspect and monitor the application of waterproofing, industrial flooring, and spray‑applied coating systems.
• Prepare and submit site inspection reports detailing observations, photographic evidence, area & material coverage, and compliance with application standards.
• Provide technical training to new and existing applicators and labor teams on application procedures, product usage, tools handling, and safety practices.
• Ensure strict quality control of application work, aligning with manufacturer specifications and company guidelines.
• Supervise and support coating application teams to ensure proper surface preparation, material mixing, and application techniques.
• Perform mock‑up demonstrations for clients, consultants, and contractors, and document outcomes.
• Carry out adhesion tests and other on‑site quality tests; prepare and submit test reports promptly.
• Work closely with contractors, project engineers, consultants, and the internal technical team to resolve on‑site technical issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to relay field observations, application feedback, and suggestions for product or process improvement.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, test results, issues encountered, and client/contractor feedback.
• Assist the sales and project team by providing technical support during pre‑ and post‑application project phases.
• Work independently and manage multiple project sites simultaneously with minimal supervision.
