Nexperia is seeking a seasoned professional in Delhi to drive pre-sales and technical support for semiconductor products. You will identify prospects, understand complex project requirements, and demonstrate product capabilities to customers and distributors.

The role involves collaborating with sales, engineering, and marketing teams, delivering technical presentations, and solving customer design challenges across automotive, industrial, and consumer applications.

Formación

• BE/B.Tech in Electronics or equivalent
• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of semiconductor industry and customers in India
• Knowledge of power devices and operating principles
• Hands-on experience with SMPS controllers, LDOs, DC-DC converters
• Familiarity with hardware simulation software and PCB layout tools
• Understanding of sales and demand creation through distribution channels
• Ability to solve customer design problems and communicate effectively
• Experience with automotive, industrial, and consumer applications

Responsabilidades

• Identify projects in MM / Focus Customers.
• Understand project requirements and support Nexperia products.
• Position products against competition with demonstrations.
• Conduct pre-sales technical presentations and problem resolution.
• Monthly reviews with key customers and disties; update on high/low lights.
• Quarterly trainings and events for customer engineering teams.
• Build relationships to support sales objectives.
• Monitor progress of key activities (segment, application).
• Coordinate tech days, exhibitions and seminars.
• Interface with BGs on new product development

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project identification in MM / Focus Customers.

• Understand Complete Project Requirement Block wise & support on Nexperia Products

• Effectively position products against the competition by demonstrating product capabilities .

• Pre- sales technical presentations and provide creative, thorough and practical problem resolution specific to customer needs.

• Monthly Project review with Key Customer /Key Projects & Disties . Update on High/Low Light and support required to Internal team .

• Quarterly Trainings and Events to Customer 's Engineering team & Disty FAEs/PM

• Successfully builds relationships with sales, business groups, customers in support of sales team objectives.

• Quarterly review activities and Performance / Progress of Key Activities (Segment ,Application etc)

• Tech day at customers, Exhibitions and Seminar

• Interface with the BGs on new product development

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• BE/B.Tech in Electronics

• 5-8 years Exp

• Knowledge on Semiconductor Industry and customers in India

• Knowledge on Power devices i.e Mosfet, GAN,SIC,IGBT etc working Principles & important Parameters to consider in different applications .

• Hands on Experience on SMPS Controllers, LDO,DC-DC converters ,Load Switches ,Ideal Diode,I2C Interface etc

• Knowledge on Hardware Simulation Software , PCB layout software

• Knowledge of sales and Demand creation through distribution channel.

• Understand Design Problem & SolveCustomer Technical Problem

• Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with all levels of the customers' engineering team

• Knowledge in Automotive, Industrial, Consumer applications Block diagram
