ReWise Analytics & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Pune is seeking a Field Account Manager (US operation) to oversee day-to-day management of client retail shipments and act as the subject matter expert for retailer shipping guidelines.

The role involves coordinating with client Traffic and Operations teams, ensuring accurate routing, packing, and freight details, while proactively owning the routing experience for new clients and managing a high volume of cases in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience managing routing across various retailers required; EDI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serving as day-to-day resource and manager of client retail shipments.
• Clearly communicating with client’s Traffic and Operation teams to confirm freight details, packing requirements, pallets, weights etc.
• Cultivating and strengthening the client partnership by being responsive, helpful and knowledgeable when routing inquiries arise
• Independently and proactively owning the routing experience for new clients
• Successfully managing a large volume of cases and client activity in a virtual environment
• Setting priorities and making competent business decisions
• Updating routing requirement documentation for clients
• Investigating potential chargebacks for routing discrepancies
• Working with the Operations team to ensure the order is packed out to the standards of the routing guide
• Adhering to the values/standards of the retailer

Field Account Manager (US operation): WFO : Pune

(this is Logistics Operations Specialist role internally designated as FAM)

Shift – 6.30pm to 3.30am

Work from Office (Mon-Friday)

This role works within service team and provides day-to-day management of retail carrier pick-ups from Client warehouses. FAM serves as the subject matter expert for retailer shipping guidelines and provides best-in-class support for end clients and their retail delivery needs. Their expert knowledge of client’s processes and procedures ensures a seamless experience for the end client, and their exceptional service skills strengthen the trust and bond within the partnership. This position reports to the Supervisor of Client Solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reading, understanding, and translating retail customer vendor routing guidelines
• Clearly communicating with the client’s Traffic and Operation teams to confirm freight details, packing requirements, pallets, weights etc.

• Independently and proactively owning the routing experience for new clients
