Job summary

TVS Motor Company is seeking a Functional Group Leader - Cybersecurity to standardise and manage cybersecurity for EEE/EV/HEV components in 2W/3W/4W projects. You will develop security concepts, perform TARA, conduct audits, and coordinate cross-functional teams to embed cybersecurity across the vehicle lifecycle.

You will maintain artefacts in Codebeamer, witness tests, and drive CSMS-based governance while staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE R155/R156 cybersecurity standards.
• Ability to define cybersecurity goals, attack paths, and risk analysis.
• Proven track record delivering CSMS-aligned security work products.

Responsibilities

• Analysespecific cybersecurity requirements for safety in terms of ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155 and R156.
• Define necessary processes and working models with a clear responsibility chart throughout the process to achieve functional safety requirements.
• Conduct and steer activities required from the defined cybersecurity development process for each project.
• Create and standardise cybersecurity goals.
• Conduct and review TARA risk analysis.
• Report and present cybersecurity updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Approve cybersecurity concepts.
• Manage the definition of penetration test requirements.
• Support system engineering to ensure ISO/SAE 21434-compliant system architecture in early phase of projects.
• Prepare visualization dashboards in Codebeamer to display metrics.
• Manage the introduction, review and supervision of design reviews.

Job Title / Role: Functional Group Leader - Cybersecurity

Purpose of the role

The Cyber Security Engineer is responsible forstandardising and managing cybersecurity for EEE/EV/HEV components, subsystemsand vehicle systems designed and developed for 2W/3W/4W vehicles underdevelopment at TVS Motor Company.

Main responsibilities include:

• PerformThreat Analysis and Risk Assessments (TARA).
• Developrobust security concepts and solutions tailored to project/client needs,including adherence to industry standards and frameworks.
• Performsecurity audits and assessments, providing detailed reports and recommendationsfor improvement.
• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to ensure cybersecurity measures are integratedseamlessly into projects.
• Delivercybersecurity work products across the vehicle lifecycle in accordance with aCyber Security Management System (CSMS).
• Managethe delivery of cybersecurity work products in accordance with CSMS, includingthose agreed within supplier CIADs.
• Supportthe development of best-practice working procedures for cybersecurityactivities.
• Stayupdated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats and technologies tocontinuously enhance service offerings.
• Ensureall cybersecurity artefacts are written, maintained/updated, released andtraceable, managed in Codebeamer ALM, with process adherence and design reviewsconducted as per Norton Single Point Lessons and/or relevant TVS/Nortonguidelines.
• Organiseand, where necessary, support or witness penetration testing either internallyor through external test houses.
• Createa gateway template aligned with Norton/TVS PLM gateways.
