Job summary

Mizuho Pune is seeking an experienced Fenergo Developer to design, implement and support Fenergo CLM solutions for client onboarding, KYC/AML, and regulatory compliance in a global banking environment.

The role requires hands-on Fenergo development, strong C#/.NET Core skills, and cloud-native delivery on Azure. You will work across integrations, data management, and secure coding practices to support regulatory technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Fenergo implementation or development experience.
• Experience in Banking, Capital Markets, Financial Services, or Regulatory Tech domains.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement Fenergo CLM solutions.
• Customize Fenergo workflows, entities, forms, rules, and client onboarding journeys.
• Develop and maintain business rules, data models, and process orchestration within Fenergo.
• Configure KYC, AML, periodic review, client onboarding, remediation, and regulatory workflows.
• Perform system upgrades, release deployments, and platform enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3 support.
• Develop scalable applications and services using C#, .NET Core, Rest APIs.
• Develop custom integrations and extensions for Fenergo.
• Apply secure coding practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Prepare technical design documents and code reviews.
• Design and develop cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services
• Integrations & Data Management
• Build and maintain integrations between Fenergo and enterprise systems such as CRM, Customer Master Data, KYC/AML screening, Regulatory Reporting, Document Management.

Regulatory & Compliance Technology function is part of Corporate Services Technology group and focused on delivering strategic platforms and solutions across Regulatory Reporting and Compliance domain, including U.S. Regulatory Reporting, KYC, AML, Sanctions, Transactions Screening etc.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fenergo Developer with strong expertise in Fenergo Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, Microsoft .NET/C# development, and Azure Cloud technologies. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting Fenergo solutions that enable efficient client onboarding, KYC, AML, regulatory compliance, and customer lifecycle management processes within a global banking environment.

The ideal candidate should possess a blend of Fenergo product knowledge, hands-on software engineering skills, cloud-native development experience, and banking domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and implement Fenergo CLM solutions.
