eClerx in Pune is hiring for an Assistant Manager / Process Manager – KYC with mandatory Fenergo experience. Location: Pune & Mumbai. Shifts include APAC/EMEA/NAM; excellent communication is required. 4–12 years of experience preferred. This role focuses on end-to-end KYC, onboarding, reviews, remediation and AML/KYC best practices.

Fenergo experience is mandatory; apply only if you have hands-on expertise with the tool and related regulatory processes.

Qualifications

• End-to-End KYC processing.
• CDD/EDD and client onboarding.
• Periodic review / KYC refresh.
• Remediation and UBO checks.
• PEP screening and AML due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end KYC processes for clients.
• Perform CDD/EDD and onboarding activities.
• Conduct periodic reviews and refresh KYC records.
• Identify remediation actions and UBO verifications.
• Perform PEP screening and AML due diligence.
• Ensure compliance with Fenergo requirements.
