Role Purpose

The Lead Fenergo KYC SaaS Developer / Configuration Engineer will play a central role in theimplementation, development and ongoing management of LSEG’s Fenergo KYC SaaS platform.During the initial Day 0 and MVP implementation, the role will work closely with Fenergo, systemsintegrators and other third-party delivery partners to shape the solution, validate designs, overseeconfiguration and integrations, and ensure that the platform is implemented in a maintainable andsupportable manner.Following the initial implementation, the role will transition into a long-term platform ownershipposition, responsible for the ongoing development, delivery, operation and technical management ofFenergo within an Agile, product-led environment.This is a hands-on engineering and configuration role. The successful candidate will combine deepknowledge of the Fenergo platform with strong delivery, integration and product-developmentcapabilities. They will act as an internal subject-matter expert, reduce dependency on third parties andhelp establish a sustainable in-house Fenergo engineering capability.

• Review and challenge solution designs, requirements, configuration approaches andintegration patterns proposed by third parties.
• Ensure that business and AFC policy requirements are translated accurately intoFenergo workflows, rules, risk models and data requirements.
• Validate that proposed solutions use standard Fenergo capabilities appropriately andavoid unnecessary customisation.
• Participate directly in platform configuration, integration development, testing, datamigration and deployment activities.
