Job summary

Della Resorts and Adventure in Pune seeks an experienced Beautician to provide grooming and beauty services, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and head massages, while ensuring guest comfort and privacy.

You will conduct consultations, recommend treatments, maintain hygiene, upsell spa services and products, and collaborate with Spa and Front Office teams. Minimum 2-5 years in luxury spa settings; Diploma in Beauty Therapy required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and upsell salon services, spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products.
• Maintain treatment records and guest preferences wherever applicable.
• Monitor inventory of beauty products and salon supplies and report replenishment requirements.
• Follow all company SOPs, health & safety regulations, and hygiene protocols.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
• Coordinate with the Spa and Front Office teams for appointment scheduling and guest requests.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and professional conduct at all times.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Spa Manager or Wellness Manager.
