JOB DESCRIPTION FEMALE STAFF NURSE

1. Position Purpose

The Female Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing professional nursing care, first-aid, occupational health, and medical support services across Jindal Steel’s Delhi NCR offices and designated locations.

The position will primarily be based at the Gurugram Office and will require flexibility to provide medical support at the Delhi Office, Gurugram Office, NTH Office, Noida Polo Farm, and other designated locations, as required.

The role may involve providing medical support during:

• Leadership assignments
• Corporate events
• VVIP visits
• Emergency situations
• Other business requirements

The incumbent will also support the CMO in strengthening clinical processes, quality systems, SOPs, medical documentation, and NABH accreditation readiness of the Medical Centre.

2. Educational Qualification

Mandatory

• B.Sc. Nursing
• Valid registration with the relevant State Nursing Council
• Haryana Nursing Council registration is required/preferred, as applicable.
• Candidates not currently registered with the Haryana Nursing Council should be willing to obtain the required registration.

Preferred

• Certification/training in BLS/ACLS
• Training in Occupational Health
• Certification/training in Emergency Care
• Exposure to Healthcare Quality & Accreditation
• Knowledge or exposure to NABH standards will be an added advantage.

3. Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant nursing experience is mandatory.
• Experience in a corporate medical centre, hospital, occupational health setup, or similar healthcare environment will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in handling first aid, emergency care, patient assessment, medical documentation, and occupational health support will be preferred.
