Job summary

EducoHire is seeking a proactive Female Marketing Executive to promote stainless steel fasteners and related products from our Santacruz East, Mumbai base. Qualifications

• Graduate with marketing or commerce background; MBA preferred.
• 2–3 years in marketing or related business activities.
• Experience in stainless steel manufacturing or industrial products is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities to promote stainless steel fasteners and related products.
• Identify potential customers, industrial buyers, dealers, distributors, traders, and business partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Generate enquiries through telephone calls, emails, online platforms, and other marketing channels.
• Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and prospective customers.
• Maintain and update customer databases, enquiry records, and marketing reports.
• Communicate product specifications, availability, and other relevant information to prospective customers.
• Assist in preparing product presentations, marketing materials, catalogues, and promotional communications.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers and support customer retention activities.
• Track marketing activities and provide periodic reports to management.

Role Summary

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and other office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and maintain accurate records.
