Job summary

Capgemini India is seeking an entry-level IT helpdesk technician in Pune to respond to and document requests received via phone, email, or ticketing system, and to troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.

You will escalate complex problems, guide users through solutions, log interactions, and follow service desk procedures while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of policies and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Entry-level knowledge of IT support and service desk processes.
• Familiar with documenting and following standard operating procedures.
• Willingness to learn Capgemini policies and tools.
