Capgemini is seeking an Operations Lead to manage a team of supervisors and contributors in the Operations Support COE. The role focuses on planning, directing, and managing personnel and operations, budgeting, and reporting to meet service levels while ensuring quality output.

The leader aligns with the claims strategy and drives continuous improvement across business processes. The position offers flexible work arrangements (remote and/or office-based) and may involve non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in management reporting and budgeting.
• Proficient in data analysis and forecasting.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Knowledge of claims processes and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operations supervisors and individual contributors.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to meet SLAs.
• Ensure quality output and adherence to the claims strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, efficiency, and partnerships.
• Communicate regularly with the team and develop succession plans.
• Support non-traditional/shift schedules as needed.
