Overview

SKALY is an emerging women’s ethnic–contemporary brand seeking a hands-on Fashion Designer to create our first collections from concept to finished product. You’ll lead every step—perfect for a creative self-starter who loves end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design & Concept – Create seasonal themes and garment designs aligned with SKALY’s aesthetic.
• Sketch & Pattern – Prepare detailed sketches, technical drawings, and patterns for production; create tech packs and send them to manufacturers.
• Fabric & Color – Source fabrics and trims; develop cohesive color palettes with a focus on sustainability.
• Sampling & Fit – Oversee sample making, conduct fit sessions, and refine until production-ready.
• Trend & Market Research – Track fashion trends and customer preferences to keep designs relevant.
• Presentation & Launch Prep – Build lookbooks and design notes for manufacturers and marketing use.
