Job summary

Absolute Brands & Retail Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Womenswear Designer with expertise in ethnic and western wear to create trend-led, commercially relevant collections aligned with the brand vision and customer needs.

Responsibilities include developing collections, conducting trend research, selecting fabrics, and collaborating with merchandising, sourcing, production, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 4-6 years of womenswear design experience, preferably with retail/fashion brands.
• Strong portfolio across ethnic and western wear.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Ai Design and relevant design tools.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, colour pallet, trends, fit, and fashion trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial/brand-building experience is an advantage.
