Qualifications

• Solid understanding of greenhouse operations, nutrient management, irrigation, and crop care.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hydroponic and aeroponic farm operations.
• Monitor crop growth, nutrient levels, pH, EC, temperature, and humidity.
• Plan and supervise seeding, transplanting, harvesting, and post-harvest activities.
• Identify and manage crop pests, diseases, and nutritional issues.
• Maintain farm records, inventory, and cultivation data.
• Lead farm workers and ensure proper execution of daily activities.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and farm management practices.
