What You’ll Do

• Client Success: Guide and onboard new clients, helping them successfully grow plants using our hydroponic systems.
• Research & Development: Assist our core team with ongoing R&D in hydroponic and microgreen cultivation.
• Content Creation: Author insightful blog posts and white papers on modern agronomy, soilless farming, and agritech innovations.

Who We’re Looking For

• Core Skills: Strong research capabilities combined with excellent client communication skills.
• Knowledge: A foundational understanding of plant science or agriculture.
• Bonus Points: Prior knowledge or hands‑on experience with hydroponics, aeroponics, or other soilless cultivation methods.
