Responsibilities

• Manage daily micro green cultivation and production activities.
• Handle seed selection, sowing, watering, germination, and harvesting.
• Monitor crop growth, health, temperature, humidity, and quality.
• Identify and address crop-related issues, pests, diseases, and poor growth.
• Maintain cultivation SOPs, crop records, and production reports.
• Conduct trials and support improvements in crop yield and quality.
