Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lieferung von Live-, aufgezeichneten und persönlichen Vorlesungen gemäß dem akademischen Zeitplan.

Job Summary:

Physics Wallah (PW) is hiring an experienced and dedicated Faculty – MLT to join our PW IOI School of Healthcare in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic instruction, guiding curriculum development, leading assessments, and mentoring both students and faculty. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the academic excellence and practical training of future healthcare professionals.

Key Areas of Focus:

1. Content Development: Create, validate, and refine academic content with support from the content team.
2. Instructional Leadership: Demonstrate subject expertise and support fellow faculty through instructional coaching and feedback.
3. Professional Development: Design and deliver faculty training sessions that align with academic goals. Plan and implement lesson plans, learning resources, and evidence-based teaching strategies.
4. Assessment: Prepare, review, and analyze student assessments and learning outcomes. Guide and support new faculty and participate in academic knowledge-sharing forums. Work closely with academic leadership and teaching staff to set and achieve institutional goals.
5. Administration: Maintain academic records and oversee administrative tasks related to student progress.
6. Hiring Support: Assist the Academic Director and Head of Academics with faculty recruitment and onboarding.
7. Feedback: Provide insights to the academic leadership team for improving instructional practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver live, recorded, and in-person lectures as per the academic timetable.
2. Create meaningful laboratory simulations and practical sessions for hands-on student learning.
3. Demonstrate deep knowledge of Medical Laboratory Technology including clinical applications.
4. Lead curriculum development and contribute to academic projects, content planning, and assessment design.
5. Use proven teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and content mastery.
6. Track and report student performance and provide constructive feedback.
7. Maintain professional communication and respect student confidentiality in all records.
8. Coordinate with stakeholders to meet curriculum standards and deadlines.
9. Support academic audits, quality assurance practices, and framework implementation.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Educational Background: Master's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
2. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience and 3–4 years of teaching experience in academic or training institutions. Exposure to healthcare education systems, curriculum planning, and content development. Experience working with LMS platforms for data tracking and analysis. Proven ability to lead academic teams and manage classroom operations effectively.
3. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving and mentoring abilities, familiarity with healthcare quality assurance frameworks, and a commitment to academic integrity and student success.
