As a Faculty Associate at Lakshya, you will play an important role in supporting students throughout their learning journey. You will be responsible for delivering engaging academic sessions, clarifying student queries, and providing ongoing academic support to help students strengthen their knowledge and achieve their learning goals.
You will work closely with students, faculty members, and academic teams to ensure an effective and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging classroom and online sessions based on the assigned subjects and syllabus.
- Explain concepts clearly and simplify complex topics to support student understanding.
- Assist students with their academic queries and provide timely clarification and guidance.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, and practice resources as required.
- Conduct revision sessions, practice sessions, and assessments to support student learning.
- Monitor students' academic progress and identify areas that require additional support.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and suggest areas for improvement.
- Support students in developing effective study and exam preparation strategies.
- Stay updated with syllabus changes, academic developments, and relevant subject knowledge.
- Collaborate with faculty members and academic teams to improve teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.
- Participate in academic events, seminars, workshops, and other student engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of academic sessions, student progress, and other relevant activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of academic content, teaching practices, and overall student experience.
