Lakshyaedu is seeking an Academic Relationship Manager to drive partnerships with schools and colleges, while counselling students and delivering engaging presentations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Passion for student counselling and academic outreach.
• Willingness to travel extensively for institutional visits.
• Ability to build rapport with students and academic leaders.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with principals, HODs, and academic leaders to establish and strengthen B2B tie-ups.
• Conduct student counselling sessions and deliver motivational presentations to large audiences.
• Collect and generate leads from schools and colleges to support admission teams across branches.
• Act as the face of Lakshya in schools and colleges, representing our vision and academic excellence.
• Organize and execute awareness programs, workshops, and presentations to drive student engagement.
• Travel to partner institutions, ensuring strong brand visibility and influence in the education ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support admissions and business growth objectives.
