Job summary

NetBounce Global LLP is seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Faculty – Basic Accounting to join our Learning & Development team in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on building strong accounting fundamentals and practical workplace skills for trainees preparing for US accounting careers.

The ideal candidate will teach confidently, maintain high learning standards, and translate concepts into practical, work‑oriented lessons.

Qualifications

• CA Inter or M.Com with 3+ years of teaching/training experience, OR 3+ years of practical accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and practical bookkeeping concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable teaching in Hinglish.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on accounting fundamentals including double-entry bookkeeping, journals, ledgers, subsidiary books, trial balance, adjusting entries, depreciation, provisions, bank reconciliation, and final accounts.
• Train participants on practical use of Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, keyboard navigation, speed, and accuracy.
• Design and maintain entrance assessments, including preparing fresh assessment variants and evaluating candidate performance.
• Conduct supervised practical lab sessions and provide hands‑on guidance to trainees.
• Evaluate assessments and provide constructive feedback to improve accounting knowledge and practical skills.
• Maintain training quality, discipline, learning standards, and batch progress.
• Identify learning gaps and provide additional support or clarification where required.
