Job summary

Spectron Engineers is seeking a Plant Head / Operation Head / Production Manager for relocation to Chakan. The role requires strong leadership and broad operations experience across factory, plant and production management, with knowledge of maintenance, HSE and QA/QC processes.

Experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors is preferred. This senior position is suitable for candidates ready to lead large teams in a manufacturing environment.
